One University development – Planning Commission Mtg. & Vote

Fairfax County Planning Commission Meeting this Wednesday, April 24th, starting at 7:30pm – Board Auditorium, Government Center (12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA)

• The Planning Commission will be hearing testimony for and against the planned One University Development, and then voting to allow or disallow a substantial amendment to the comprehensive plan to make it possible for the project to move forward.
• Fairfax Villa has joined a consortium of surrounding neighborhoods, which is focused on voicing our collective concerns. Several members of our neighborhood will be taking part in an organized and planned presentation to the commission. If you can, please attend to show your support! And, if given the opportunity, we encourage you to voice your concerns. Just keep in mind, the commission itself is not the “enemy”.
